Our ice bath chiller has a temperature range of 3C - 42C and can be used as both a hot or cold chiller.

The initial chilling from room temperature can take approximately from 4-8hrs, depending on the capacity of your ice bath and the power of the chiller chosen, the initial starting temperature of the water, the ambient temperature of the space, and the quality of ventilation in your space.
Once set temperature is reached, the chiller has an automated sleep mode whereby it will continue to circulate and filter the water until there is a 2 degree variation above set temperature, giving you the ultimate level of energy efficiency.

Yes, the temperature can be set easily via manually selecting on the temperature on the display screen or by controlling the temperature through the dedicated app with WiFi connectivity.
You can also schedule ON and OFF setting for each day of the week based on your individual schedule using the timing settings built into the app.

Yes, to use the chiller you must have adequate air flow and ventilation, a water safe space with drainage for water spillage and condensation, and enough space to set the chiller up with a minimum 50cm standoff for the chiller fan to any adjacent wall.
The chiller can not be used in an enclosed container with no ventilation and airflow.

The chiller requires ongoing maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
This includes regularly monitoring flow rate, changing out paper filters as required (4 weeks or sooner), washing out internal metal particulate filter, and regularly skimming the ice bath water after each use to maintain water cleanliness and maintaining water chemistry.

Yes, each chiller order includes 4 spare ice bath filters. We also have a readily available supply of filters on our shop.
The chiller also contains a metal particulate filter which is washable and replaceable to catch larger particles.

Each of our ice bath chillers have different power specifications, meaning the speed at which they heat and cool the water will vary.
The Lite 0.8HP ice bath chillers are suited to smaller ice bath setups, much like our Easy Plunge or Stoic ice bath, or your standard bathtub at home.
The Standard 1HP ice bath chiller is suited to medium sized ice bath tubs which fit up to 2 people for normal residential use.
The Pro 2HP chiller is our most powerful ice bath chiller and is suited for use with higher traffic ice baths with multiple plungers using the bath in short timeframes, requiring greater cooling speed to maintain temperature.

The chiller has three layers of filtration and sanitation which include the 20 micron paper sediment filter, the metal particulate filter and the ozone gas sanitation.
These three features work in unison, providing constant circulation of water through the system to clean and sanitise ready for your daily home use.
