Our Ritual Original Dual plunge is made from a stainless steel tub lined with a durable and elegant Red cedar timber panelling on top, while our Warrior model features a Polypropylene (PP) inner tub and Red Cedar panelling on top. These tubs also feature a colour-optional, powder coated metal compartment which houses the chiller unit, making it suitable for both indoor or outdoor (under cover) use.
The Roman is a beautiful oval shaped stainless steel internal tub with red cedar timber panelling exterior tightened with stainless strapping, as well as a matching red cedar step/chiller housing.
Our Stoic model features a lightweight and ultra durable multi layered, military-spec drop stitch vinyl.
Our Easy Plunge tub is a 5 layer (10mm) combination of PVC and pearl cotton, and 6 x support poles, giving it optimal strength to weight at just 3kg.

Our plunge tubs are created with your home, gym or wellness space in mind.
The dimensions vary depending on the particular model. Our larger tubs require careful consideration of dimensions and weight ratings whereas our portable tubs can be packed down in minutes and fit in the back of your car to take anywhere.

Common Do’s and Dont’s of Ice Baths
Cold water exposure is a growing practice used for a variety of different benefits. Ice bathing is a relatively safe practice for exercise recovery, boosting mood, and managing pain, but it is important to consider some basic ice bath guidelines, protocols and risks to make it as safe as possible
Ice Bath Do’s
DO - Find your cold threshold baseline and build yourself up safely
DO - Consult a medical professional to make sure cold water therapy is safe for you
DO - Submerge your body in the water up to the neck for best results
DO - Practice with a partner or in a controlled environment
DO - Aim for a temperature of between 10-15 degrees C (or colder), for best results pair with a sauna for contrast therapy
DO - Practice ice bath etiquette and shower/wash off before entering
Ice Bath Dont’s
DON’T - Compete to stay in the water too long, there are serious health risks of extreme cold
DON’T - Take a warm shower or spa straight after your cold plunge for best metabolic benefit
DON’T - Compare yourself to other peoples cold plunge temperature and time threshold, work off your own standards
DON’T - Take an ice bath following strength based training, this is detrimental to hypertrophy gains
DON’T - Forget to breath mindfully through your cold plunge session. Relax the body into the cold with slow, nasal breathing
Which Ice Bath Is Right For Me?

Each of our ice bath tubs has slightly different specifications and features to suit different preferences and spaces.
The Warrior is our largest plunge tub, with a polypropylene interior tub and powder coated metal exterior, available with a Standard or Pro chiller. It has a deeper tub and large capacity suited to large people.
The Roman is our most elegant plunge tub, with a Stainless steel interior tub and red cedar timber panel exterior. It can be purchased with a Standard or Pro chiller and also has the option to add on a matching timber step housing for the chiller. The Roman has a smaller overall space requirement and allows the chiller to be placed in multiple configurations to suit your space.
The Stoic is our ultra durable, military grade plunge tub which adds an element of portability, with the option to buy the tub solo or with the 0.8HP chiller as a combo. The Stoic is a slightly smaller capacity than the Roman and provides a suitable plunge solution for home, gym or wellness practitioner.
The Easy Plunge is our most affordable ice bath option, with a super simple inflatable design that requires ice for each use. This is our entry level ice bath for easy setup and cold therapy on a budget.

Not all of them. Our Roman and Warrior can be purchased with the choice of 1HP or 2HP chiller, the Stoic can be purchased solo or with the 0.8HP chiller as a combo, and the Easy Plunge does not include a chiller and instead requires ice to cool the water.

Much like a pool or spa, an ice bath requires regular maintenance to keep it clean and running smooth.
While our ice baths do not require any additional plumbing to install, they do need adequate care maintenance to keep them clean and running well.
Especially if your ice bath includes a chiller, the maintenance requirements include regularly changing out your water (monthly or sooner), washing and changing your filter (monthly or sooner), wiping down tub surfaces and skimming floating debris.
