Sauna Installation FAQ

Our professional sauna installation service is carried out by trusted third-party contractors to ensure your setup is smooth and stress-free.
When you add installation to your order, here’s what’s covered:
Full assembly of the sauna cabin, including all structural components
Installation of the roof kit (for outdoor units)
Installation of benches, heater guard, and internal fit-out (non-electrical)
Unboxing and placement of the sauna in your chosen indoor or outdoor location
Basic site clean-up of tools and materials used during assembly
The installation is suitable for both indoor and outdoor setups, provided there is adequate space for the installer to work safely and efficiently.

To keep things clear, here’s what is not covered as part of the sauna installation service:
Electrical installation or wiring of the sauna heater, LED lighting, controller, or ventilation
Stacking of sauna stones — this must be completed by your licensed electrician
Plumbing or drainage work of any kind
Platform preparation or levelling of surfaces — your installation area must be ready prior to setup and be a flat, level surface, and rated to the weight of sauna
Removal or disposal of packaging and rubbish — this is the customer's responsibility
Installations in remote or regional areas — we currently service Metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, South Australia, and Perth only
Important: You must inform us in advance if there are access limitations such as stairs, narrow doorways, steep driveways, overgrown vegetation, or remote locations that may affect delivery or assembly. Clear, level access to the install site is required.
